Our client is looking for an QS with talent and drive to help them reach their potential. A few of the key points:
The majority of their work is two-stage tendering and they dont employ estimators so you wont be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with, you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning. Project: £60m Cut & Carve with CAT A in central Bristol You'll be involved throughout all stages and working with a strong commercial team. What they need:
Its pretty simple really, they are looking for a quantity surveyor with some grounding in commercial works, ideally refurb and fit out but new build considered too. A positive, determined, inquisitive attitude will sit well amongst the rest of the team. Next steps:
