The role of the Ninja Warrior Crew Member is to deliver an unbeatable, world-class experience filled with high-energy fun for warriors of all age from tiny trainees to teens to adult challengers. With safety as your top priority, you’ll use your expert knowledge of activity standards, obstacle procedures, and park guidelines to ensure every guest can unleash their inner Ninja in a secure, well-managed environment.

As a Ninja Warrior Crew Member, you’ll constantly engage with guests, leading games, challenges, competitions, and action-packed activities that keep warriors coming back for more. You’ll also support inclusive sessions, ensuring every child can enjoy an epic Ninja experience.

You’ll be one of the heroes of our themed events hyping up the atmosphere, interacting with guests, and making sure every warrior has an unforgettable time. Confidence on the microphone is a huge plus, and if you’ve got moves worthy of a victory dance at the top of the Warped Wall, even better!
