Recruitment Manager - AI, ML and Data

Competitive base DOE, up to 40% commission (OTE £250–300k+)

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

A high-performing, global recruitment powerhouse is looking for a leader to define the future of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering talent across Europe. Their London HQ overlooks the Thames, but the real view is the opportunity: to build, lead, and shape a practice that will become the go-to vertical in Life Sciences and Digital Health.

You’ll hit the ground running with warm client relationships, live demand, and full autonomy to grow your desk, lead a team, and position yourself as the authority in one of the fastest-moving, most high-stakes sectors on the planet. Within months, you won’t just be growing revenue… you’ll be building a brand-new market under your own leadership. Your team, your strategy, your revenue stream.

• Run the AI/ML Division for Europe
• Build and expand client relationships across Biotech, Pharma and Digital Health
• Head-hunt senior technical talent in AI, ML, Data Science and Software
• Lead, mentor and grow a specialist recruitment team
• Drive 360° recruitment processes from BD through to placement
• Play a key role in shaping a high-growth European practice

• 4 - 8 years full desk recruitment experience
• Proven track record in Life Science, AI/ML or technology recruitment
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing recruiters
• Confidence in running a 360 desk with consultative BD skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and niche technical candidates
• Entrepreneurial drive and appetite to grow a practice internationally
