• Lead the Residential Property Department with strategic vision and a focus on high-quality legal services if you join as a Partner.
• Handle a varied residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
• Develop lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing clear and pragmatic legal advice.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm through business development activities, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members to promote professional growth.
