Tesco Colleague - Longwell Green Express

Availability Window

We are looking for colleagues who can work within the following windows:
Sun 14:00–19:00, Wed 06:00–12:00, Fri 06:30–11:30. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times and you will receive at least 3 weeks' notice of when your shifts will be.

Hourly pay starts at £13.28 and rises to £14.55 for stores within the M25. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for 12‑hour shifts if that suits you better.

• Serve shoppers better every day, providing great natural service and building rapport with customers.
• Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Apply the training received to work safely, effectively and beautifully serve customers.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routine tasks on time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Help drive service and sales while reducing waste, shrink and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Share the values of Tesco, welcome everyone and follow all policies.
• At times, accept deliveries into the store.
