Sales Representative, Sports Medicine - South Wales

The role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team, covering South Wales and Bristol.

• Drive sales growth across your territory
• Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical teams
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Develop and execute territory plans to deliver long-term success
• Provide on‑site support in theatre, using your product knowledge to advise on safe and effective use

• A degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in science or business
• Proven sales experience (medical device or healthcare sales preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, ownership mindset
• Full, clean driving licence
• Confidence working in surgical/theatre environments

Travel Percentage: 90%.

Field‑based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities, traveling within a set boundary.
