Bristol (Field-Based) Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a stable, permanent role with a company that values technical expertise? We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our dedicated team in Bristol, focusing on high-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites.

The Role In this position, you will be the face of the company, ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' systems. You won't just be "checking boxes"; you will be responsible for:
Servicing & Maintenance:
Routine upkeep of various open protocol fire alarm systems. Fault Finding:
Diagnosing complex issues and providing efficient, long-term solutions. Small Works:
Carrying out minor installations and remedial works as identified during servicing. System Auditing:
Confidently identifying system age, condition, and any non-compliances to ensure sites meet British Standards. Technical Requirements To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Open Protocol systems , including:
Panels:
Advanced, Morley, Kentec, EDA, Haes, and C-TEC. Wireless Technology:
Previous experience with EMS and Hyfire is highly preferred. Standards: A robust working knowledge of BS 5839 . What Youll Need

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years dedicated fire alarm servicing experience. Licence: A full UK Driving Licence (Essential). Mindset:
The ability to work independently, manage your own local patch, and communicate effectively with site managers and residents. Added Value:
