Chartered Building Surveyor
£35,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Construo Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding nationwide. They are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join their team, with roles available across multiple regions of the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports
- Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
- Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations
- Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
- Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, Assoc
RICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI - Proven experience in residential property surveys
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- £5,000 car allowance
