Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Construction Manager (MEP). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality residential apartment developments
, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems within complex construction projects.

• Oversee the MEP aspects of residential apartment projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and MEP subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with MEP expertise.
• Strong background in residential apartment developments.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate MEP installations effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
