We are seeking a motivated Personal Tax Manager to lead a talented and collaborative team in their Bristol office (with homeworking), within one of the UK's fastest-growing Private Client Tax Divisions. With a strong commitment to nurturing and advancing staff, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to fast-track their journey toward becoming a Tax Director.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with top HNWIs, Non-Residents, Partnerships, and emerging Ultra High Net Worth Clients. With 85% of your time dedicated to providing expert advisory services, you’ll also partner with our Tax Directors to drive new business and expand the client base. While the focus of this position is on advisory work, you will also play a key role as a mentor, supporting your team in their technical compliance development.
QualificationsTo qualify for this role, you should have at least four years of solid experience in personal tax, with expertise in both advisory and compliance. We seek individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and career-focused, ready to make a significant impact.
