Recruitment Consultant – Engineering Sector – A boutique agency that concentrates on the Power/Power/Engineering sectors is seeking a Permanent Consultant to join their Engineering Division to focus on senior-level business-critical roles from Engineering Director to Principal Design assignments.
Interest from consultants with a strong Permanent Recruitment background invited.
Supported by the in-house resource team, the role will involve you wining leadership roles within the engineering sectors.
Outstanding opportunity to earn 30% of generated revenue and be a part of an entrepreneurial and dedicated team where you will have time to build meaningful relationships with clients.
The Director believes in creating an enjoyable working environment for consultants to thrive, develop their careers and receive a fair share of the revenue they generate.
To £35,000 + 30% Flat Commission Structure + Benefits + car allowance scheme + generous holiday/duvet day allowance. + all the tools required to succeed in recruitment within a professional, fun, and rewarding working environment + Early finish Fridays @ 1:00 pm!
