RCB Bank is seeking an individual to assist loan officers with administrative lending and clerical duties, serving as the primary receptionist and providing customer support within the branch.

• Self‑motivated with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management and strong verbal & written communication.
• Friendly, courteous customer interaction.
• Accurate task/project management meeting stringent deadlines.
• A strong interest in community involvement.

• Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with the loan needs of the branch/market.
• Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan.
• Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; prepare loans for booking and type credit memos, letters and correspondence.
• Cross‑sell bank products.
• Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages as circumstances dictate.
• Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Financial organizational skills and understanding of financial information.

• Previous experience as a loan assistant.
