Position Overview
Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level
3) – Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA. Hybrid work schedule with on‑site requirements. Supports Cost Management organization by providing financial and administrative support, Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, and variance reporting for multiple engineering Integrated Product Teams.
- Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to support program requirements.
- Establish and maintain work breakdown structure (WBS), performance criteria, estimates to complete (ETC/EAC), and baseline changes within the EVM system.
- Conduct funding, cost risk, and variance analysis; prepare government cost performance reports.
- Prepare and review performance‑measurement variance analysis and visibility reporting.
- Support preparation and submission of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR; facilitate program monthly rhythm process.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Experience in government contracting and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain within a reasonable period.
- Experience with SAP, Cobra, or other business systems.
- Advanced knowledge of EVM and government cost reporting.

CompensationPrimary level salary range: $77,000 – $141,200. Salary commensurate with experience, geography, and role responsibilities.
