What we're looking for: Someone responsible for the overall operations and financial performance within a specific community. This includes the management and development of other lenders and portfolios within the community.

What you'll do:

• Support the Bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact and superior product knowledge.
• Exercise executive and administrative control over function of the assigned offices, including participation in the budget process, implementation of area policies, and explanation of company programs and objectives.
• Manage and oversee loan and deposit growth, loan yields, cost of funding, net interest margin, overhead expense, and fee income.
• Lead by example, communicate vision with a passion, and maintain the focus on mission and purpose consistent with the banking model.
• Develop and implement overall bank financial performance to ensure growth and profitability while maintaining safety and soundness.
• Become a well-known and recognized community leader.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Formal credit training; ability to understand basic cash-flow analysis using tax returns, financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and/or profit & loss statements
• Previous leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or applicable degree area
