Security Guard Patrol Services Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shelter location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.;
Monitor access to the location by observing visitor, resident, and staff movement, assisting with check-in processes as directed, and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited behavior.;
Support a respectful environment by assisting with de-escalation during resident and/or visitor interactions, following post orders, and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
