What You’ll Be Doing As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll help homeowners stay comfortable by delivering expert service, maintenance, repair, and installation solutions.

Your day-to-day includes:

Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems

Performing maintenance and system tune-ups Completing HVAC equipment and accessory installations

Educating customers on repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality, and service plans

Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience

Communicating clearly with customers and the office team Completing jobs thoroughly and efficiently

Minimum Requirements To be considered, you should have:

Residential HVAC service and/or installation experience

Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure

EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Clean background check

Ability to lift 60 lbsHave your own tools

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Preferred:

Service Titan experience

Pay & Growth Opportunities Pay ranges from $17–$22/hour, depending on experience and technical knowledge, with additional earning opportunities through incentives and performance bonuses.
