TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel RN for Rehabilitation in Brownsburg, Indiana.

We need Registered Nurses for an immediate travel opening at our Rehabilitation Hospital.

Experience:

At least 1 year in a rehabilitation setting.

Pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

As an RN, you will provide specialized care to patients recovering from serious illnesses, injuries, or surgeries, working with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans that promote functional recovery.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: provide direct care to patients with neurological, orthopedic, or other rehabilitation needs.
• Care Planning: collaborate with physicians, PT, OT, and other team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitoring & Assessment: assess patients’ condition, monitor vital signs, neuro function, and therapeutic progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Medication Administration: administer prescribed medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure accurate dosing and timing; assist with pain management.

  educate patients and families on recovery goals, techniques, safety precautions, and independence strategies.
• Emergency Response: respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Documentation: maintain accurate EHR records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Discharge Planning: assist with discharge planning, including home modifications, continued therapies, and follow‑up appointments.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing license in Indiana.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• BLS certification required.
• State licensure eligibility.

Additional Requirements

BLS certification and 1.5 years experience; additional certifications may be required before assignment.
