SDAC is an established contractor committed to integrity, safety, and exceeding customer expectations on every project. We are seeking a Janitor to work at a government facility, and offer competitive pay, union benefits, and job stability.

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining offices and common areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times. Areas include offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, and other public spaces.

• Follow all safety requirements and procedures.
• Secure work areas and post safety signage as needed.
• Perform floor care (mopping, buffing, burnishing, carpet cleaning).
• Clean restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, clean walls, and maintain public spaces.
• Maintain custodial equipment and storage areas.
• Perform periodic and assigned cleaning tasks as needed.

• Commercial janitorial experience (preferred)
• Permanent resident with at least 3 years of U.S. residency
• Ability to pass a drug screen and Federal background check
