Heavy Equipment Field Technician

Location:

Brunswick, OH

Compensation:
Starts at $33/hour or more with overtime available. Annual tool reimbursement of $1,200 after 90 days of continuous employment.

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment on site, handling both company and customer-owned equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer standards and certifications.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized in both shop and customer job sites.
• Use technical skills in 12/24V electrical, HPH diagnostics, and laptop applications to solve complex problems.
• Work with a diverse range of equipment lines, including Case.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2‑year degree in Diesel Technology, Ag Technology, Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on heavy equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with a focus on safety.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or carry 75 lbs. or more and perform standing, bending, and stretching for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or obtainable) and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, including medical marijuana.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
