Job Overview
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position that often includes a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification (required for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.).
- Documentation of prior employment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation, teamwork, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
