Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a full-time, consistent schedule with steady hours.

Responsibilities include:

* Completing service requests and work orders in occupied units

* Assisting with apartment unit turns (make-readies)

* Grounds maintenance and general upkeep of the property

* Basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and repairs

* Ensuring apartments and common areas meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

* Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred

* Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Reliable transportation and punctuality

* Ability to work scheduled days consistently
