Job Description
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth operations and meet project milestones.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients regarding project status and updates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent/Foreman should have:
- Proven expertise in the property industry, with a focus on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
