Job Description

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth operations and meet project milestones.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients regarding project status and updates.
