About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Organic Growth Strategy, to help define and evolve how A Place for Mom drives organic acquisition and product‑led growth in an increasingly AI‑mediated discovery landscape. This is a strategic, product‑embedded leadership role responsible for shaping organic growth direction across products.
Traditional SEO remains a critical acquisition channel for our business, and this role requires deep expertise in SEO principles and mechanics. At the same time, the scope extends beyond classic SEO into AI‑driven discovery, product experience, and trust signals. Success in this role is measured by the clarity of strategy, quality of decision‑making, and the team’s ability to translate discovery signals into product impact.
This role sits within Product and operates horizontally across our portfolio, partnering closely with Product, Design, Research, Data, Marketing, and Brand. You will help shape how our products are discovered, understood, trusted, and chosen — by users and AI systems — while ensuring strategy translates into actionable insights and execution.
