Rosina Food Products is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Coordinator to support and oversee wastewater treatment operations within our food manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with equipment and systems, and helping maintain safe and compliant operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day wastewater treatment operations across all shifts
- Monitor systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Assign and follow up on departmental tasks and priorities
- Support preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
- Monitor water and wastewater samples and adjust treatment chemicals accordingly
- Maintain required documentation and records for inspections and compliance
- Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
- Assist with training and development of wastewater associates
- Coordinate contractor activity and sludge/grease removal operations
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed
- 1-2 years of related wastewater or industrial treatment experience preferred
- Experience with in a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of chemistry and wastewater systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working in wet environments and around industrial equipment
- Ability to lift up to 60-75 lbs as needed
- Competitive pay: $21-$23/hour | Weekly pay
