The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to help shape the financial leadership infrastructure of a newly independent organization. Reporting to the EVP Finance – Corporate, the Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to North America leadership, helping drive performance, scalability, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance Leadership- Serve as a primary finance partner to North America leadership.
- Translate company objectives into actionable financial plans.
- Provide financial guidance on investments, initiatives, and business priorities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for North America.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to improve accountability and performance.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, controls, and compliance.
- Partner with manufacturing, distribution, and commercial leaders to improve margins and efficiency.
- Optimize working capital and identify cost‑savings opportunities.
- Strengthen processes, systems, and reporting structures.
- Standardize finance operations across North America.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance talent.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and reporting tools.
- Enhance governance, controls, and data integrity.
- Support ongoing transformation and integration efforts.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑site operations.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance expertise.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
