Financial Director

Composition Brands is an independent residential kitchen and outdoor living company with a distinguished portfolio of premium and ultra-luxury brands, including Viking, AGA, Rangemaster, La Cornue, Lynx, and U-Line. Recently established as a standalone private enterprise following its carve‑out from a publicly listed parent, the company is entering an exciting phase of focused investment and strategic growth.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the financial leadership infrastructure of a newly independent organization. Reporting to the EVP Finance – Corporate, the Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to North America leadership, helping drive performance, scalability, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of iconic brands.

• Serve as a primary finance partner to North America leadership.
• Translate company objectives into actionable financial plans.
• Provide financial guidance on investments, initiatives, and business priorities.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for North America.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve accountability and performance.
• Deliver timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, controls, and compliance.
• Partner with manufacturing, distribution, and commercial leaders to improve margins and efficiency.
• Optimize working capital and identify cost‑savings opportunities.

• Strengthen processes, systems, and reporting structures.
• Standardize finance operations across North America.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance talent.

• Evaluate and improve financial systems and reporting tools.
• Enhance governance, controls, and data integrity.
• Support ongoing transformation and integration efforts.

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑site operations.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance expertise.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
