Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish Linked In posts, articles, and thought leadership content
• Assist in writing blog posts focused on AI, maintenance, robotics, and SaaS
• Help repurpose technical material into digestible marketing content
• Support email campaigns and outbound messaging
• Collaborate on website copy updates and landing pages
• Manage company Linked In presence
• Schedule and publish posts
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Identify relevant industry conversations and trends
• Assist in building marketing campaigns around product launches and features
• Create simple visuals using Canva/Figma or similar tools
• Support case study development and customer storytelling
• Help maintain content calendar

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing, with the ability to analyze trends and generate insights
• Experience in Sales and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and engagement strategies
• Ability to handle Project Management tasks such as planning, organizing, and executing initiatives
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics is a plus
