Der/die Kandidat/in übernimmt die Verantwortung für den Integrationsprozess von Teilnehmenden, unterstützt bei der Stellensuche und arbeitet eng mit Unternehmen sowie Behörden zusammen. Voraussetzungen sind eine geeignete Ausbildung in Psychologie, Sozialer Arbeit oder einer verwandten Disziplin sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten werden angeboten.
