The Marketing Analytics team provides actionable, data-driven solutions to solve marketing challenges. We work closely with Media Strategy, Media Activation, Data Science, and Product teams to drive Paramount+ growth.
** Role Details:*
* The Analyst will primarily support media mix modeling (MMM) and media optimization efforts across paid acquisition channels. This is an on-site (5) day per week role based out of our Burbank, CA, West Hollywood, CA, or New York City, NY office.
In addition to core MMM responsibilities, this role will partner closely with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to support acquisition and funnel personalization initiatives. The Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on how predictive model outputs can be translated into applicable activation strategies and measurable business impact.
This role requires the ability to translate complex analytical outputs from MMM and predictive models into clear, actionable insights and activation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Media Activation, and Data Science teams to optimize media impact, maximize return on ad spend, and validate incremental performance gains.
The ability to interpret data, evaluate model performance, and provide context to explain marketing performance will be key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess proficient communication skills, an inquisitive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive marketing performance.
Your Day-to-Day:
Analyze attribution and MMM outputs to quantify return on marketing investment and optimize budget allocation across channels and partners.
Collaborate with Media Activation teams to ensure MMM and modeled signals are implemented successfully and aligned to acquisition objectives, translating outputs into activation-ready audience signals for use across media buying platforms.
Improve and strengthen data pipelines for media mix modeling with data engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate input data.
Provide insights to marketing and activation teams through reporting and analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and implement budget recommendations.
Create and maintain regular reporting for internal marketing teams and external agencies, and support the development of dashboards with clear scope and requirements where needed.
Partner closely with internal data science teams to enhance and optimize the media mix model to increase relevance and actionability of results.

You Have:
BA/BS; 2+ years experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, web analytics, or online media industry
Proficient in SQL with a solid comprehension of data infrastructure; experience extracting, cleaning, and transforming data within databases
Experience or coursework in media measurement including web, native app, and video measurement technologies
Experience working with analytical tools and languages supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Excel, Tableau, Python, R, Google Collaborative Apps)
Foundational knowledge of predictive modeling concepts (propensity modeling, classification, regression, experimentation design)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
You might also have:
Strong mathematics or statistics background
Experience working with machine learning model outputs in marketing environments
Experience using Google Cloud Platform (Big Query)
Familiarity with marketing platform APIs and audience onboarding workflows
Experience translating technical model outputs into actionable marketing strategies
Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with Git Hub for logic development and collaboration
