Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers and train on the BEST customer service experience;
Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager;
Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards and ensure front-end equipment is in working order;
Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers;
Perform store manager duties in the store absence and recruit/train/develop/supervise crew members
