Responsibilities
  • Lead market development and expand Stack Forging Thermal Solution’s presence across hyperscalers, chip/semiconductor companies, and server OEMs.
  • Build and lead executive relationships to position Stack Forging Thermal Solutions as a primary thermal partner for next‑generation platforms.
  • Translate Stack Forging microgeometry architecture into clear customer value, emphasizing lower pressure drop, higher thermal efficiency, and system‑level gains.
  • Drive adoption of 100% direct liquid cooling architectures across GPUs, VRMs, DIMMs, NICs, and storage.
  • Identify and secure early‑stage design wins and influence platform specifications with OEM and hyperscale partners.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and JCI teams to align cold plates, CDUs, and facility‑level systems into a unified thermal solution.
  • Lead complex deal structures including MSAs, long‑term supply agreements, and co‑development programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders, linking performance to business outcomes such as reduced pumping power and lower total cost of ownership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑domain strategic account managers and technical sales teams to integrate DLC solutions into broader facility infrastructure deals.
  • Use Salesforce to manage complex sales stages and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Lead the opportunity team, coordinating between technical sales, solutions engineering, JCI operations, and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related technical field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management.
  • Experience scaling products from R&D to production in hardware or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience engaging with hyperscalers, OEMs, or silicon providers.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
  • Preferred:
    Master’s degree.
  • Experience with in data center infrastructure, semiconductors, or thermal systems, especially liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, or immersion systems).
  • Knowledge of AI and HPC infrastructure trends, such as rising TDP and rack density constraints.
  • Proven understanding of thermal management or HVAC systems; specific exposure to liquid cooling technologies is highly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within hyperscalers, server OEMs, or chip manufacturers.
Benefits

Salary range: $125,000 – $190,000, based on education, experience, and market data. A competitive bonus plan linked to individual, group, and corporate performance is offered. The role includes a competitive benefits package as described above.
