Walker Healthforce is currently seeking an ambitious Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in the growth of a lucrative recruiting sector. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of a fast-growing, well-connected firm.

• Minimum of 1 yr. recruiting experience is ideal.
• Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics-driven mindset.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is highly preferred
