Power Platform Developer

Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support scalable data and automation solutions that drive efficient business operations and informed decision-making. This role blends deep SQL Server expertise with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end‑to‑end solutions—from backend data processing to user‑facing applications and workflows.

• Develop, tune, test, and maintain SQL Server solutions (stored procedures, complex queries)
• Optimize performance of existing queries and long-running processes
• Design and integrate Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Forms, and Teams
• Implement data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error handling
• Build and support SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Document solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and maintainability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of SQL Server development and database programming experience
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• 5+ years of experience with SSIS
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of IT and business best practices

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
