Position: Senior Accountant with Leadership Focus

This position is integral to the Accounting team, reporting to the Director, Controllership. You will lead the execution of accounting processes, including financial statements and internal control systems. Engage with various stakeholders, supervise staff, and contribute to corporate tax reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the closing processes and financial reporting

• Review and analyze financial statements for integrity

• Supervise and mentor accounting team members

• Develop and maintain internal controls within finance

• Assist in special accounting projects and audits

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant accounting experience

• Degree or diploma in accounting or business

• CPA designation preferred

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
