Position: Hybrid Accounting Clerk for Global Finance
Become an integral part of a global finance team as an Accounting Clerk. Focus on managing accounts payable and receivable while promoting financial integrity in a hybrid setting.

In this full-cycle accounting role, you will handle vendor invoices and oversee customer collections with a keen eye for process improvement. Your responsibilities will span from reconciliation tasks to acting as a key point of contact for financial inquiries, ensuring seamless operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and match vendor invoices with purchase orders

• Manage cash receipts and customer invoicing

• Perform intercompany reconciliations and fiscal closes

• Execute journal entries for accounts payable accruals

• Implement strategies to enhance AP/AR processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• At least 3 years of accounting experience

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Net Suite and Google Workspace

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
