Position: Executive Assistant - CEO Support
Become an integral part of a leadership team as an Executive Assistant in Burnaby, working in a hybrid environment. Your support will empower the CEO and enhance operational effectiveness.

In this vital role, you'll navigate a complex landscape supporting the CEO and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives. You'll need to stay ahead of shifting priorities while managing executive concerns with utmost professionalism. Your skills will be valuable in preparing materials and assisting in governance processes, ensuring a smooth workflow at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic calendar and information for the CEO

• Act as a trusted intermediary between the CEO and stakeholders

• Organize agendas and follow-ups for SLT meetings

• Create executive-level presentations and communications

• Facilitate Board meeting preparations and governance activities

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience assisting senior executives

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

• Experience in preparing executive briefings and materials

• Familiarity with complex organizational structures
