In this newly created role, you'll be integral in standardizing internal processes to improve service delivery. You'll work closely with a team to track service requests, maintain vendor documentation, and generate performance reports. Your organizational skills will be key to ensuring effective communication and coordination across Fortinet's facilities in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage incoming service requests and track resolution
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for leadership
• Manage vendor performance evaluations and documentation
• Coordinate inter-office communication on facilities policies
• Handle purchase orders and invoice reconciliations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in facilities or operations support
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; ticketing systems experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Customer-focused with a collaborative approach
