As a key part of the Parking & Sustainable Mobility Services team, you'll process expenses and manage invoicing tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing bank deposits and reconciling financial discrepancies, which is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records. An ability to work shifts during busy periods will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process journal vouchers, work orders, and expenses
• Bill internal and external clients based on provided reports
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial statements
• Create reports for tracking revenue and expense accounts
• Assist with budget transfers and deposits
Requirements:
• High school diploma with related coursework
• Minimum 2 years in a bookkeeping role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and general computing skills
• Mature judgment in handling confidential data
