As the Financial Accountant, you will take charge of the month-end close process, ensuring meticulous account reconciliations.

Your role will involve coordinating financial reporting with international offices and preparing detailed tax calculations with external partners. You'll also support payroll processes and look for ways to enhance efficiency through automation while being a financial insight partner to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure month-end closures and conduct account reconciliations

• Collaborate for accurate financial and regulatory reports

• Work with advisors on complex taxation and returns

• Produce financial statements under IFRS and Japan GAAP

• Drive automation of financial workflows

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience

• Thorough understanding of IFRS and accounting standards

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems preferred

• Strong communication and confidentiality handling skills
