IT Support Technician at Lookout Society

Location: New Westminster

Enhance your IT skills as a full-time IT Support Technician with Lookout Housing and Health Society. Provide vital tech support and maintenance to various users in a caring environment.

This temporary position is based on-site, Monday to Friday, offering 35 hours each week. You will report to the Director of IT and assist with technology setup, user support, and ongoing projects. The role includes addressing daily helpdesk requests, enhancing your knowledge in IT, and contributing to a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily IT operations for the team

• Assist users with technology setup and maintenance

• Resolve helpdesk requests promptly

• Work on computer and networking projects

• Engage in various IT tasks to expand your expertise

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid Training Certificate (asset)

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention skills (asset)

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required

• Age between 15-30 for eligibility

• Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency necessary
