Bayshore Pediatric Nursing Manager Position

Lead pediatric nursing efforts with Bayshore as a Manager of Clinical Practice. Manage nursing care and team supervision in a primarily remote, hybrid position.

In this integral role, you'll leverage your nursing background and managerial experience to ensure excellent care for pediatric patients. You will oversee a dedicated team of caregivers, handle clinical operations, and maintain documentation via technology. With a minimum of two years in pediatric nursing, your strong interpersonal skills will enhance client and family support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision for caregivers providing nursing care

• Manage clinical practice documentation and communication

• Support high-quality care delivery in the home

• Create special moments for clients and families

• Utilize mobile devices and Office programs effectively

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

• Registered with BCCNM

• At least two years of pediatric nursing

• Recent BLS CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license for local travel
