Experience in a neonatal setting and completion of advanced education is essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for patient rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of newborns upon admission

• Collaborate with specialists to plan and evaluate care

• Maintain accurate documentation for all patient interactions

• Participate in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation efforts

• Educate families on newborn care practices
Requirements:

• Current registration with the nursing regulatory body

• Minimum one year of recent neonatal care experience

• Completion of a post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program

• Current NRP and Basic Rescuer certifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
