Position: Environmental Technician at Hatfield
Location: New Westminster

Contribute to environmental initiatives with Hatfield as an Environmental Technician in New Westminster, BC. Engage in field investigations, data analysis, and support for infrastructure projects.

Hatfield, a recognized leader in environmental management, is looking for an Environmental Technician with at least two years of field experience. This position involves working outdoors, with potential for overtime, shift work, and travel. Key aspects of your role will include monitoring environmental compliance and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in field investigations and monitoring programs

• Provide data analysis and interpretation support

• Work flexibility across New Westminster and other offices

• Assist in preparing environmental management reports

• Support compliance with federal and provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ field experience in construction monitoring

• Relevant diploma or degree in environmental science

• Eligibility for Applied Science Technologist (AScT) designation

• Understanding of environmental legislation and regulations

• Valid driver's license with experience driving pickup trucks
