In this role, you will bring your five-plus years of mechanical expertise to uphold the preventative maintenance programs for HVAC and emergency life safety systems. Your hands-on experience will be essential in conducting inspections and executing repairs while ensuring positive relations with tenants. You'll work collaboratively with contractors and manage multiple maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed inspections of HVAC and electrical equipment
• Supervise contractor duties to meet quality benchmarks
• Document mechanical system performance regularly
• Oversee preventative maintenance for safety equipment
• Swiftly troubleshoot building system disruptions
Requirements:
• BC or Inter-Provincial 4th Class Power Engineer's Certificate
• At least 5 years practical experience in HVAC
• Strong skills in using hand tools at heights
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Willingness to work varied hours as needed
Ensure mechanical reliability and elevate tenant experiences as a Mechanical Technician II.
