The Shipper is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet operational and customer requirements. The role reports to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and is part of the Cytiva Aseptic Filling Supply Chain Function located in Burnaby, BC. This is an on‑site, one‑year fixed‑term contract.

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, including scheduling transportation and ensuring secure delivery.
• Manage inventory and shipment documentation, perform ERP transactions, generate outbound paperwork, and track shipments in transit.
• Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement, maintain an organized work environment, collaborate across teams, and assist with additional logistics activities as needed.

• Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience in Operations or Logistics, with a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping/logistics or warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with shipping and warehouse systems, including ERP transaction processing (e.g., inventory movements, shipping documentation).
• Experience packaging, palletizing, or crating domestic and/or international shipments, with familiarity with trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Forklift operator certification and ability to safely operate material handling equipment is a plus.
• Experience following standard work instructions and participating in continuous improvement or Kaizen initiatives is a plus.

• Ability to lift, move, or carry items up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and manual material handling.

USD 48,000–55,000, commensurate with experience.
