Requirements • Age: 25-55 years • Bachelor's degree • CELTA, DELTA, TEFL preffered • Clear background check • Teaching experience preferred Job Details (Primary school,middle school and high school) Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off Workload: No more than 35 working hours each week, including office hours and teaching hours (less than 15 hours) Class size: 35 to 40 students Curriculum: provided Teaching experience: preferred

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B English training
• Accredited CELTA certification or relevant degree (e.g., MA in TEFL/TESOL or Applied Linguistics)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing teams
• Experience designing training courses
• Sound knowledge of language teaching methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional in appearance, attitude and tone
• Excellent time management skills
• Fluent in all MS Office and Google Workspace applications
• Effective project management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy

• Experience with testing and assessment
• Proactive in resolving problems
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Client-oriented and committed to delivering quality services
• Ability to build strong professional networks
• Strong presentation skills
• Intermediate Mandarin Chinese (nice to have)

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• TEFL certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 100 hours of EFL/ESL teaching experience.
• Native English speaker.
• 30 Mgs of internet for teaching virtual classes
• A passion for teaching and embracing innovative approaches.

• You must be a native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada
• You must be enthusiastic and strive for self- improvement in teaching
• Genuine desire to help people learn English
