Skills Needed: JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Presents recommendation and proposal for Consumable Parts replacement
to customers under maintenance contract
 Plans and coordinates maintenance / service schedules with customers
under maintenance contract
 Monitors necessary consumable parts replacements of all UPS units with
maintenance contract
 Conducts Customer Satisfaction Survey and evaluate results
 Manages and fosters long-term customer relationships
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
 Preferably with related sales experience

 Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and deliverables
 Ability to analyze situations and requirements
 Ability to interact with any level within an organization
 Ability to multi-task and work independently
