Technia Environment and Planning Limited, based in Caerphilly, is seeking a Town Planner for a part-time position covering maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing planning applications and a solid understanding of the planning system.
This role involves continuing existing projects, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and preparing planning submissions, all within the vibrant environment of our headquarters.
The contract is for 12 months, with flexible hours and competitive salary based on experience.
