Bookkeeper Tax Preparer

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will assist with inputs for financial records, processing tax returns, and managing payroll, all while supporting receptionist duties. Familiarity with Intuit Quick Books and Intuit Pro File Taxes is a plus, though training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions daily and maintain ledgers

• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently

• Complete tax forms and file tax returns

• Assist with client inquiries and document management

• Collaborate with team members on various tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounting

• Knowledge of T1/T2 tax preparation and GST

• High proficiency in Quick Books and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills
