As a Development Assistant, you will offer vital support to the Development team under the Director of Development. This primarily administrative role includes learning about land development and construction coordination while assisting with project tracking and contract administration. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining clear and efficient communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule project meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Manage legal registration packages for subdivision registrations
• Track construction progress and maintain accurate records
• Support contract administration and documentation maintenance
• Collect and reconcile employee expenses for accounting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Support the Development team’s success at Qualico with your administrative expertise and attention to detail.
