Medical Office Administrative Coordinator

This in-clinic position requires commitment to excellent customer service while efficiently managing various administrative duties. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you'll work closely with the medical team to ensure effective workflow and patient experience. Key tasks include managing reception duties, maintaining records, and proposing solutions to improve office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with intake and appointment scheduling
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Support daily functions of the medical office team
• Ensure confidentiality in managing medical records
• Participate in maintaining supply inventories
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in a medical office preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking abilities
• Resourcefulness in problem-solving situations
